The tank
What is the tank made of?
80% premium nylon, 20% spandex. We tested dozens of blends to find the ratio that gives enough stretch and hold without feeling tight. It's soft against the skin, it breathes, and it keeps its shape after repeated washing.
Will the padding shift or fall out like other built-in bras?
No. It stays put while you wear it — it won't bunch or travel. When you want it out, it lifts out easily. Put it back and it stays there again.
Will it work for a larger chest?
Yes. The support is spread across the whole garment instead of a narrow band, so no single point carries all the weight. Sizes run from S all the way to 6XL.
Can I really wear this instead of a bra?
That's what it's built for. Most of our customers wear it as a full bra replacement for everyday life: errands, work, school pickup, travel, lounging. Plenty of them sleep in it too.
Will it show through white or light tops?
It's designed to layer. In neutral shades it sits discreetly under light fabrics. Under sheer or very thin white, pick the colour closest to your own skin tone.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash gentle, cold water. Lay flat to dry, or tumble dry on low. No special care needed — the fabric and the padding are made to hold their shape through repeated washes.
Sizing
Which size should I order?
Go by your bust measurement, not your usual bra size — there's no band and no cup here, so 36C and 40DD don't translate. The full table is on our Size Chart page.
I'm exactly between two sizes. Which one?
Take the larger one. Nobody has ever wished their tank was tighter.
What if I get the size wrong?
We swap it free within 90 days. Email Support@susies.co with your order number and the size you want instead. See the 90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee.
Ordering and delivery
How long will my order take?
We ship within 24 hours. Delivery across the U.S. takes 3 to 6 business days after that.
How much is shipping?
Free on every U.S. order, tracking included.
Where's my tracking number?
In your shipping confirmation email. If tracking hasn't moved in the first 48 hours, that's normal — it only updates once the parcel is scanned into the carrier's network.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only before it ships, and we pack fast. Email Support@susies.co as soon as you can and we'll stop it if we still can.
Returns
What's your return policy?
90 days from delivery to exchange or get a full refund. Size exchanges are free. Full details on the Return Policy page.
Can I return underwear?
Only unopened and in the sealed packaging. That's a hygiene rule we can't bend.
My order arrived damaged.
Send a photo or short video to Support@susies.co with your order number. We ship a free replacement and you don't need to post the damaged one back.
