You cannot tell how a tank will feel from a photograph. So we take that risk off you completely.
Here's the promise
Wear your tank. Wash it. Live in it. If within 90 days it isn't right, we make it right — no restocking fee, no "worn items are final", no arguing about it.
- Wrong size? We send you the right one, free. You don't pay for the replacement.
- Wrong colour? Same thing. Tell us which one you'd rather have.
- Just not for you? Send it back within 90 days and we refund you in full.
- Arrived damaged? We replace it immediately and you keep the faulty one. Nothing to post back.
How to use it
One email. Write to Support@susies.co with your order number and tell us what you need. We reply with the form and the address, usually within one business day. The full step-by-step is on the Return Policy page.

Because most women who try the tank keep it. The guarantee costs us very little, and it means you can order the size the size chart gives you without lying awake wondering if you guessed wrong.
The only conditions
- Start your claim within 90 days of delivery.
- Tanks come back unwashed and unworn where possible, with tags on, for refunds. Exchanges we're relaxed about — you had to try it on to know.
- Briefs and underwear can only come back unopened, in the sealed packaging. Hygiene rule.
- Use a tracked service when you post anything back to us.
